1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

You may use our optional Cancellation Form .

To request a return reference, please use our Return Request Form.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@celeb-autographs.co.uk quoting your order number.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including original protective packaging.

3. Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Original standard delivery costs will be refunded, except where a premium delivery option was selected.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked service for valuable items.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately.

In such cases, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised memorabilia items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced, unless faulty.

7. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return postage, customs declarations, and associated fees unless the item is faulty.
