If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 14 day money back refund, EXCLUDING POSTAGE, providing the item is returned in its original condition. Customers are asked to contact us first to let us know the reason for the return and to arrange the return of any item(s). However, where an item has been sold with a clearly described IMPERFECTION, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

If an item does not match its description, then we are happy for you to return it within 14 days for a full refund, provided that you contact us first, and the item is returned in the same manner and condition in which it was dispatched.
