1. Are the autographs genuine?
All LMS Celebrity Autographs items sold on this site are authentic unless otherwise stated. As we are members of the UACC, we have to abide by their strict Code Of Ethics.

2. Do the autographs come with a guarantee?
All autographed items come with one of our Certificates Of Authenticities, which carries a lifetime guarantee.

3. What if I am not satisfied with what I have purchased?
Our company offers a 14 day refund, excluding postage, if you are not completely satisfied, providing the item is returned in it's original condition. Please contact us first to arrange return.

4. What if I find after 14 days that the item I purchased is not authentic?
While every endeavour is made on our part to guarantee our items, if an item is proved NOT to be authentic then a full refund will be issued.

5. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. But payment must be made by cheque in GBP, or credit and debit cards using our secure online payment service or through Paypal. You can send cash in GBP, US Dollars, or Euros, but this is at your own risk and not recommended, as we cannot be held responsible if it is lost in the post. Rates for Postage will vary depending where in the world the order is being shipped to. Also, depending on the value of the order, shipping insurance may also be required. These are calculated when you follow the checkout process.

6. How long does it take to ship orders?
Depends on the payment method you use. If you pay by cheque then please allow 5 working days for clearance from the day we receive it. (You will be notified when payment is received.) If you pay by any other method then we aim to despatch the goods in 3 - 5 working days.

7. I want to pay by credit card but I'm not a member of Paypal?
This is not a problem. Our site offers you the opportunity to securely pay using your credit card. This is handled by Barclays Bank merchant services using 3D secure technology.

8. Are there any extra charges for using credit cards?
No. We do not add any additional costs for using your credit card.

9. Are there any extra charges for using Paypal?
No. We do not add any additional costs for using Paypal.

10. Can I order goods without registering?
You can shop online without registering. However, any information you give us excluding financial information (we never store your credit card details) will be stored securely in our database. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, fulfilling orders, customising future shopping for you, improving our store features, and communication with you. This information is never shared with any other company. Please see our privacy page.

11. Do you pass on any of my details to any third parties?
No. Your details are solely kept by us and never passed onto any third party.

12. Are items shipped securely?
All items are shipped in a plastic protective cover and a hard backed envelope with 'Do Not Bend' or boxes, tubes etc, depending on the item.

13. Do you have access to my credit card details?
Our web site has no interaction with credit card information. This is handled solely by Barclays Bank merchant services using 3D secure technology.

14. Are the Paypal payments secure?
Yes, this is a proven secure method for online purchases, and offers you the buyer added protection when buying online. Just make sure either a key or padlock are visible before you input any information.

15. Are the Credit Card payment secure?

16. What are your opening hours?
Our website is open 24 hours a day.

Our office opening hours are :

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (excluding Public Holidays in England)
Saturday 9am - 1pm (most Saturdays)
Sunday Closed
All times are UK local time.

17. Can I order out of hours?
You can order from our website 24/7 every day of the year as our online ordering process is fully automated. Please note that packing of LMS Celebrity Autographs orders are handled during our office opening hours.

18. Where does LMS Celebrity Autographs get it's autographs from?
We obtain most of our autographs directly from the stars, by either writing to them, by attending signing conventions, stage doors, chance meetings or Private Signings. Occasionally however, we do have to get them from reputable suppliers.

19. What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
LMS Celebrity Autographs carries a very large stock of items, and not everything has been added to our website yet. If you cannot find what you want, you can complete our feedback form, and we will see if we have it in stock. If we do not have the item, we can try and obtain it for you, either directly from the star themselves, or from another reputable supplier. We will then email you a scan of the autograph, along with the purchase price. You will be under NO OBLIGATION to purchase it.

20. Does LMS Celebrity Autographs offer a valuation service?
Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer a valuation for your collections.

21. What if I want to sell some or all of my autograph collection to LMS Celebrity Autographs?
Contact us through the feedback form, email us at sales@celeb-autographs.co.uk or phone us on 020 8421 5903 and we will consider your request. We will need to authenticate all items, and if we do not purchase them, we can put you in touch with other reputable dealers who might be interested.
