Delivery Information

We ship to any country in the world 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding Public Holidays in England), so in most cases your order will be dispatched within 2-3 days of payment (excluding cheques), then its up to the Post Office!

We only charge postage per order, not per item, based upon the total order price. Obviously some items are larger, heavier or more valuable than others, so your postage will depend on the largest or most valuable item. Total postage should be shown on your checkout. If you are at all unsure, please contact us directly and we can make any changes as needed.

All orders are securely packed using plastic sleeves and hard backed envelopes marked 'Do Not Bend' for photos or boxes and tubes for other items. All items no matter how costly are insured, and most sent signed for, so if you have a problem with a delivery, then we will do our best to help sort out the problem. If it goes missing or gets damaged, then you can be sure that we will either replace (where possible) or refund.

Will usually dispatch items paid for by cheque once the cheque has cleared. Please allow 5 working days for clearance.
