Are the autographs genuine?
All autographed items sold on this site are authentic unless otherwise stated. As we are members of the UACC, we have to abide by their strict Code Of Ethics.

Do the autographs come with a guarantee?
All autographed items come with one of our Certificates Of Authenticities.

What if I am not satisfied with what I have purchased?
Our company offers a 14 day refund, excluding postage, providing the item is returned in it's original condition.

What if I find after 14 days that the item I purchased is not authentic?
While every endeavour is made on our part to guarentee our items, if an item is proved NOT to be authentic then a full refund will be issued.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. But payment must be made by cheque in GBP, or credit and debit cards through Paypal. You can send cash in GBP, US Dollars, or Euros, but this is at your own risk and not recommended, as we cannot be held responsible if it is lost in the post. Rates for Postage will vary depending where in the world the order is being shipped to. Also, depending on the value of the order, shipping insurance may also be required. These are calculated when you follow the checkout process.

How long does it take to ship orders?
Depends on the payment method you use. If you pay by cheque then please allow 5 working days for clearance from the day we receive it. (You will be notified when payment is received.) If you pay by any other method then we aim to despatch the goods in 3 - 5 working days.

I want to pay by credit card but am not a member of Paypal?
No problems. Just join Paypal, free of charge, at http://www.paypal.com and we will hold onto your purchases until you are fully registered. We use Paypal for proccessing credit/debit card transactions, as this is a proven secure method for online purchases, and offers you the buyer added protection when buying online.

Are there any extra charges for using credit cards?
No. We do not add any additional costs for using your credit card via PayPal.

Can I order goods without registering?
No. You need to register so you can track your order.

Do you pass on any of my details to any third parties?
No. Your details are solely kept by us and never passed onto any third party.

Are items shipped securely?
All items are shipped in a plastic protective cover and then attached to cardboard.

Do you have access to my credit card details?
No. We have nothing to do with your credit card. All credit/debit card transactions are handled through Paypal.

Is Paypal secure?
Yes, this is a proven secure method for online purchases, and offers you the buyer added protection when buying online. Just make sure either a key or padlock are visible before you input any information.

What are your opening hours?
Our website is open 24 hours a day.

However, our staff only man the offices during the following times:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 9am - 1pm
Sunday Closed
All times are UK local time.

Can I order out of hours?
Yes. the online ordering process is fully automated. However, the actual packing of your order is handled by our staff during the above office hours.

Where do you get the autographs from?
We obtain most of our autographs directly from the stars, by either writting to them, or by attending signing conventions. Occasionally however, we do have to get them from reputable dealers.

What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
We have a very large stock of items, and not everything has been added to our web site yet. If you cannot find what you want, you can complete our feedback form, and we will see if we have it in stock. If we do not have the item, we can also try and obtain it for you, either directly from the star themselves, or from another reputable dealer. We will then email you a scan of the autograph, along with the purchase price. You will be under no obligation to purchase it.

You have an RSS button that takes me to a page that doesn't make sense. What is it for?
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It allows us to be able to let you know quickly when new items are added to the store. However, in order to take advantage of this service, you will need to obtain a news reader. Some are accessed using a browser, and some can be downloadable applications. All allow you to display and subscribe to the RSS feeds you want. Different news readers work on different operating systems, so you will need to take this into account.
